At 13:30 on the 10th of April in 2015, the members of the Seventh Leadership Training Program (For) Cadres attended an impromptu speech. Zhao Guijia was the winner of the first prize. The competition had invited several judges including Wang Rui, the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, the members from Chu Kechen’s debate team and students in Eloquence and Speculative.
