    On October 17 th , CKC Honors College held a grand annual student cadres´ conference on ZJG campus. Deputy Secretary of Party General Branch directly under the CPC, Zhong Rongrong, Secretary of Youth League Committee, Zhanghui, Deputy Secretary of Youth League Committee, Xie Ming, counsellors Tang Zhe, Lian Yanle attended the conference. Ms. Zhong delivered a speech on the importance for student cadres to be a "real person" through practice and achieve self-improvement, which impressed all the students at the conference.

    Mr Zhang extended his hope that all student cadres should cherish this opportunity by becoming role models and sharpening their abilities, which will help to lay a solid foundation for their career life. Mr Xie also believed that being a student cadre is beneficial to one´s future career. At the same time, the relationships between study and job, as well as with schoolmates or teachers should be carefully dealt with. Miss Lian emphasized the importance of student management, pointing out that cadres should learn to set clear targets, make sensible choice and concentrate on the job fits them best. Ms. Tang talked about her own understanding of student management through her working experience and feelings.

    The vivid language and concrete examples in her speech made students present learn a lot. On the basis of student management´s guiding gist, assistant of Secretary of Youth League Committee, Shi Yu, president of Students´ Union, Ma Junchao, leaders of Party Construction Workgroup, Xu Xi and Chen Lizhe of NIC as well as Zhong Pei of psychology workgroup, Ni Jia of Comprehensive Evaluation Workgroup and Fei Chao of Education Guidance & Career Planning Center, all reported about the current situation and development plan of each student organization. This conference gave the student cadres a better understanding toward student management.

    They shall apply the conference´s theme spirit into practical situation and take student management to a higher level, so as to serve the students better.
