CKC carried out a Leader training plan from May 16th to June 5th. This is an innovative attempt to cultivating the student cadres. The plan included various forms of training program participants such as lectures, social practices, outdoor experiences and so on.

    The leadership skills and sense of responsibility, team cooperation ability of student cadres had improved. The Party committee and League committee gave full support to this plan. CKC encourages students"self-designing , self-acting , self-concluding" .

    In the meantime, it also observes and guides for students, builds a stage for the students to show themselves. CKC hopes this plan can go on and become more mature.

    It wishes to see more students attend to this plan improving their abilities and broadening their horizons, meeting the expectation of the old headmaster Chu Kochen.
