Under the slogan of CKC, "High Aspirations. Strive for Excellence," CKC recently launched the CKC Training Program for Future Leaders. The program was planned to be carried annually in order to explore participants’ potential, improve their qualities and leaders’ temperament by mentors’ systematic teaching and students’ independent study, combining learning and practice. In the meantime, it would explore and store excellent student leaders for school and college and develop CKC’s unique grass-roots leadership organization with international vision.

    The program would be carried out in the form of competition, group activities, which combined teaching and learning. The Dean CKC Chen Jing and secretary Zhong Rongrong attached much importance to the program, meanwhile, they also took part in it. Counselor Lian Yanle and brilliant seniors meticulously planned a series of in-depth lectures, elite discussion and other activities. On Dec.14th 2010, the third Leader Training Program was successfully launched. Then on Dec.17th, counselor Lian Yanle held a speech for students with the topic of social practice. 24 new members had taken a solid step to their leadership in life.
