Qiushi Science Class, established on the basis of the "Mount Everest Program"(Cultivation Program for Top Talents in Basic Subjects), is composed of 100 students rigorously selected nationwide. By adopting tutorial system, setting up individualized and internationalized curricula, and providing a selection of exit channels including bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree, the Qiushi Science Class Program aims to cultivate no less than 30 outstanding scientific talents in the field of maths, physics, chemistry, biology and computer science every year. The curricula of the Qiushi Science Class is designed accoding to its object of cultivating top talents and its requirement to be high-end, internationalized and specialized. Students have integrated and intense courses of science at the early stage, and receive tutorial instruction after determining their majors. Besides, they will have opportunities to study abroad during vacations and may be directed by international masters. Qiushi Science Class also welcomes students from other classes in CKC College.
